These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between dk7777 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "the Operator") and any individual ("you", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service provided through the dk7777 platform, accessible at dk7777.cam and any associated mobile applications or subdomains.

To register and maintain an Account on dk7777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction. The Platform operates a strict adults-only policy. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on this or any affiliated platform.
• Personal Registration: Accounts must be registered in your own true legal name and must not be operated on behalf of any third party.

Registration on dk7777 requires the submission of accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You warrant that all information provided at the time of registration — and any subsequent updates — is true, accurate, current and complete.

dk7777 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is expressly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or the name of any third party;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers or any other unauthorised automated means to access or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, payment fraud, bonus abuse or collusion with other users;
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software, games or odds systems;
• Posting, transmitting or distributing any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise objectionable through any Platform communication channel;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any minor or by any person in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any activity that, in dk7777's reasonable judgement, constitutes match-fixing, insider betting or any other form of corrupt practice.

dk7777 reserves the right to monitor user activity for compliance with these Terms and with applicable law. Where a breach is identified or reasonably suspected, the Operator may take immediate action including account suspension, balance forfeiture and reporting to relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on dk7777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

dk7777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC or where fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity is suspected. In such circumstances, the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

dk7777 offers various promotional offers and bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific bonus terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom are subject to wagering requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings not used within the specified period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not count towards wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per round or wager as specified in the relevant bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise specified, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: dk7777 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus where it suspects abuse, exploitation or any breach of these Terms or the specific bonus conditions.

All bets and wagers placed on the dk7777 Platform are subject to the specific game rules, betting rules and sports-betting rules published within the relevant game or market interface. The following general conditions apply to all gaming and betting activity:

• Bet Acceptance: dk7777 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error, odds error or manifest mistake is identified.
• Odds Errors: In the event that a sports betting market is offered at clearly erroneous odds (palpable error), dk7777 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes, regardless of whether the event has settled.
• Result Finality: Once a game round or sporting event has been settled by dk7777 in accordance with the applicable rules, the result is final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of settlement.
• System Malfunction: In the event of a technical failure, game round outcome may be voided and stakes returned. dk7777 will not be liable for losses arising from system or network interruptions outside of its direct control.
• Cricket and Sports Markets: For Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournament and other sporting markets, additional sport-specific rules apply as published in the sportsbook section. These include rules on void conditions, abandonment, weather interruptions and official result determination.
• Responsible Gaming: All gaming activity is subject to any self-imposed limits or restrictions you have set in your Account settings in accordance with our Responsible Gambling policy.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute or transmit any Platform content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any Platform software;
• Use any Platform content for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk7777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from technical failures, service interruptions or maintenance periods;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from transactions or interactions with third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dk7777's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

dk7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Operator suspects fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity;
• You have provided false, inaccurate or misleading registration information;
• You are found to be resident in or accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires the Operator to do so;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first exhausting the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dk7777 holds its operating license, as specified in the Operator's licensing documentation.

For Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan, it is important to note that the Operator does not hold a Pakistan domestic gambling license. No Pakistani governmental authority, regulatory body, financial institution or payment provider has authorised, endorsed or regulated dk7777's online gambling services. Any dispute arising under these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the Operator's applicable license. The Operator's decision, following the exhaustion of all internal resolution procedures, is final and binding to the extent permitted by applicable law.
